Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option of returning your item. Please read the conditions below carefully to determine if you are eligible for the return process.

To ensure that your return is processed quickly and accurately, please note the following:

Items eligible for return must be returned within 60 days of the date of delivery and can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange for another item.

Items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and markings still attached.

Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed.

Unfortunately, underwear, sportswear, and hats cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any wear or marks.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed:
Items that show obvious signs of use.
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Refund Processing Time: 1 -3 Business Days
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically posted to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially issued.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days.

Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged merchandise. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please email [email protected] and mail your item to:

Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will give you permission to return the item.
Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchange to reach you.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
